CAD trigger the error event in UCCX 4.5(2) server after the agent logon

I have found the after the agent logon to UCCX server from CAD, the below error event kept logged in UCCX server evnt veiwer.

Event Source:    Cisco Desktop VoIP Monitor Service
Event Category:    None
Event ID:    4
Date:        5/4/2010
Time:        4:35:47 PM
User:        N/A
Computer:   UCCXSRV
Description:
FCVMS207 Error: in retrieving mac address for agent (3798): (36, n)

I have already connected the pc to the phone directly.

So, i would like to know if there were any way could fix this problem.

Have you checked the logs on that Agent's PC to see the detail of the problem there?

In agent.ini in c:\program files\cisco\desktop\bin\conf, set THRESHOLD=DEBUG, and restart the agent app.

Then go through the log in c:\program files\cisco\desktop\bin\log to see whether there are errors reported.

   Thanks for your update.

   From the agent.ini, i could only see there were [Debug] tab and current level =0.

   Please advice which level i should configure for troubleshoot.

That's the old style config file... try level=5000

I have try your setting but i could not see any specified error logged in the agent log file.

Please advice for other solution.

In that case it could be linked to your other problem in the other thread relating to the sync service.

I have miss the agent.dbg file which is the debug log file.

Please advice which error i should looking for because there were a lot of message in the log file.

They can be difficult to read... maybe post it up.

I also think this may go away when you resolve the issue with your desktop sync process in the other post...
