Call Back

Hello,

Is it the below can be achieved by the contact center express

when a outside users after long waiting in the queue when he hangup , our contact center need to call back to those numbers, is it possible in contact center express deployment,

I have only contact cneter and not any external database server to store the information or to pull the information from the contact center express server.

This is possible, you can search these forums and you will find discussions about this.  Note, it is not a checkbox feature that can be enabled, it requires custom scripting.  It does not require an external database or process.
