Hi,
Im running ICM 7.5 with CVP 7.
I have a few transfer-to-ivr dialer campaigns and I'm trying to route those calls answered by an answering machine to a voicemail friendly ivr script.
Everything works but the Call.BAResponse is blank.
The cisco documantation "Outbound Option User Guide 7.5" states that "If you want to implement answering machine detection as part of this transfer to IVR script,include an If node that evaluates the value of the BAResponse variable and prescribes a calltreatment depending on the CPA result of the call (that is, whether the call detected voice or ananswering machine)."
Are there additional steps to "activate" this variable?

defect CSCth66159 on 7.5.(9)
This defect is scheduled to be rolled into ICM 7.5(10).
As an option ICM 7.5(8) ES12 also corrected this issue. It would require rolling back to 7.5(8) and then applying the ES.

Upgraded to 7.5.10 and fixed it.
