Call Center Agent appearances on other IP Phones.

Our Operator position has both a Cisco 7960 with the 7914 expansion module and a Attendant Console (P.C.) at their disposal and can answer and transfer calls at both. Is there any way to provide a real-time visual on either device of what state our Call Center AGENTS are in so the operator can more accurately choose to transfer agent calls to? Thanks!

The AC will show you wheather the agent is on the call or not, but it will not show you if he is Ready vs. Not Ready. You could install Supervisor Desktop on the operator's PC to view the ACD state.
