Hi
I want to call a customized layout instead of default layout in Cisco Agent Desktop.
STEPS USED:
1. I created a new WorkGroup[WGroupNew] and Layout[LayoutNew] using the Cisco Desktop Administrator.
2. Using the CCXEditor while designing the script, i created 2 variables:
2.1 A variable named "HRCLayout" of type "STRING"
2.2. Under the Settings Menu of CCX Editor, Expanded Call Variable named "LayoutNew"
3. Added a Set Enterprise Call Info step
4. Under the properties of this step selected the Expanded Call Variables tab and added as follows:
Value = HRCLayout
Names = LayoutNew
Array Indexex = Scalar
Token = All
