Hi all,
we would like to build Call Centrum
based on Cisco technology but we dont know where to start. So could someone help me what products are available today and which things we should take care about to succeed in building such project. I know that it is complex question but I need help what concrete product related to Call Center do.
Of course our company has Cisco IP telephony yet.

Depending on the size and budget, you could choose IPCC Enterprise and IPCC Express. Check with SRND first.

Hi Wei,
yes I understand it is hard question answer where
should I start. I thought only basic steps. What
servers we need and how much and what aplications.
Because when I read about IPCC..it mention about..
it is all-in-one but when read step further there is
more and more applications. For instance what I install when I buy IPCC Express Advanced or IPCC Enterprise CD?
