CALL_CONTROL-6-APP_NOT_FOUND: Error when invoking Survivability.tcl

Hi,

I'm having an issue with CVP-Survivability. If our POTS dial-peers reference any of the services created, the call goes busy and I see the following error when running debugs:

"CALL_CONTROL-6-APP_NOT_FOUND: Application aa in dial-peer 860248305 not found.  Handing callid 5952 to the alternate app"

and this is my current configuration:

service aa flash:survivability.tcl
param after-hours-agent0 86024672
param alert-timeout 20
param setup-timeout 7

dial-peer voice 860248305 pots
description TEST Services
translation-profile incoming CVP-Sort
service aa
incoming called-number 86024830
direct-inward-dial

I thought it might be the name of the application and the service not matching, so I changed the service name to keep it simple once the error started happening. However I am still getting the issue.

The issue has been resolved.

The issue has been resolved. Turns out the tcl files were extracted to a sub-directory called "flash" within the flash.
