Now in our telecom company, they are going to change the telephone number length from 7 to 8, and we have IPCC Enterprise ver 7, the question is: is there any effect that might happen on the contact center so it might effect for example on the caller id to appear at the agent? Do I have to determine the digit length for the telephone number to be sure that we will receive the caller ID at the agnet softphone?
