Dear All,
We want to make a call flow which detect fax tone will drop the call. because it can help the agent to reduce more fax interrupt in Hotline.

hi,
try to detect humans instead of fax machine.
For example:
use a get digit string : "Welcome to the hotline, please press any key to continue"
On the successful branch you have detected real caller !

thx you reply, I am recommended to take this action. However, user feel not better to add one key to press during the call waiting.
