Call Manager 4.1 w/Extended Services

Getting a slow busy signal when dialing a CTI Route Point for the AA. Installed Extended Services made a new .wav file to play a particular prompt but when dialing the # getting a slow busy. Any trouble shooting ideas??

Is the CTI RP registered?

Is it associated with jtapiuser?

Is CRA configured correctly, cti ports, jtapi triggers?

Fixed, rebuilt the CTI RP and reset all the ports and it worked I think it was just a fluke thanks for the help everyone.
