Call Manager Issues

Hi, We use Cisco Call Manager, use a 2811 router as voice gateway. Once I power down the 2811, when I power on the router, Voice phone system can't be use anymore, I can interal call but when I called outline any number, It always busy. The use can't call in also busy.

Is there any problem with 2811 router? Please help me.

More than likely your Voice Gateway (2811) is registered to the Call Manager using MGCP protocal, if this is the case you have to go into the call manager and check to see if the device is still registered to CM. Chances are it's unregistered and you will have to reset it in order for calls to proceed out the gateway. In CM look at the Device -> Gateway page, find the gateway you are having trouble with and see if it's MGCP or H323 registered.
