Call priority

Hi,

Is there a way to "tag" a call, so that if a specified DN calls in a CSQ, it can be the first call answered ? In other words, is there a way for a caller to bypass all the callers already in the queue ? I'm running IPCC express STD 3.5(3) with CCM 4.1(3)sr3a.

I'm able to achieve that with my legacy PBX, but I can't find a way to do it with IPCC.

This is possible using the Set Priority step (check the calling number, and then set priority accordingly). However, I think the Set Priority step is only available in IPCC Express Enhanced and Premium, not Standard.
