Call Redirect Step

Hi,

we are using UCCX 5.0.2 with a CM6.1.1.

We want to transfer a call from the uccx to a voice mail system. We do this in a script with a redirect step. Now my question:

Is ist possible to send the ANI also to the voice mail system. At the moment the voice mail system only gets the number of the uccx system.

The easiest way I am aware of dealing with this is to have a CTI Port in UCM that forwards all calls to Voice Mail. That way Unity sees the correct extension matching a subscriber mailbox.
