Call transfer from Child to Parent

We are current in configuration phase of implementing ICM/CCE Parent-Child environment.  ICM is already in production and CCE is going to be added as a new ACD (Child). 

Most of installation and configuration steps are done.

At Parent, enterprise Gateway PGs are  integrated to CTI Server at Child side. It is working and Parent is able to route calls to Child. The issue we are facing is that calls transfered from Child back to Parent are failing.

The option "Permit application Route" is configured in all DNs at Child side. However, when an user tries to transfer a call,  it seems that  Parent did not receive route request from Child. As a result transfers does not  occur. For this scenario, my question is:

Is any other configuration needed  at Child side besides "Permit application route" in order to Child sends route request to parent?

Our Environment:

ICM-Parent = Version 7.5

CCE-Child   = Version 8.5

Queuing at Child with IPIVR.
