Call Type ErrorCount if Caller disconnects when call is translation routed

Hi All,

I when accross a WIKI http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Reporting_-_Call_Type_and_Skill_Group_Reports:_Call_Type_ErrorCount_incremented_if_Caller_disconnects_when_call_is_translation_routed

mentionning that the ErrorCount in Call_Type report could be related to caller disconnecting when call flow was that the call was translation routed to the IVR, but it did not get there.

Is there an SQL formula to figure out if there are abandonned call related to the ErrorCount to prove this ?

Thanks & Regards

Nick
