call variables not passed on transfer from ctios with symposium

Hi

We are facing a problem at one of our customer sites where we are not able to pass variables when doing a blind transfer.The setup is there is ipcc enterprise version 5.0 connected to nortel symposium and pheriponics.The caller dials which is answered by the agent.The agent then puts some data in the call variable feild and then transfers the call to a number which is ideally a customer survey number.This transfer is not happening but if a consultive transfer id done it is working fine and we can hear proper prompts which we are suppose to hear.The consultive transfer is done on the same number.

as per the ACD Supplement CTI activity is not supported with Blind Transfer:
