Call volume affect on ICM sending call to label

We have setup where ICM script sends calls to a label which is configured as directory number(Call Routing Tab)which finally forwards call to a toll free number.

Want to know will there be any call volume affect if more calls being sent to lables>drectory number and it not able to handle the calls.

We have been reported issue in transferring call to label.

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards,

Brajesh.

Re: Call volume affect on ICM sending call to label

A label is just a number to which you are instructing the routing client to transfer the call. What kind of number are you returning as the label? Is your trunk capacity scaled to account for these hairpin transfers?
