Callback Script - Second Callback Number gets failed.

Hi,

 

I implemented the Callback script, the issue is that the  first caller, can leave his number and callback works.

 

However, if more than one person leave the Callback Number, as soon as Agents are available, their Phone ring but when they pickup the Phone, they hear

system error message or fast busy.

 

How can I solve this issue?

Thank you for your help. I changed the extension from .aef to .txt, hope if you can open it.
