Callback Script

I need to configure a callback option and add it to my queue'ing script, that is working. Any examples or guidance would be appreciated.

Has a script "voicemailQueueing.aef" which will get you going.

Per the "voicemailQueueing.aef" is states that I need to create a custom layout in desktop administrator. Would you have the procedure on how to do this, or guide me in the right direction.
