caller disconnect the call, the call not disconnecting

Hi,

We setuped a lab environment using CCM 4.3, ICM 7.2 and VG 2811. In VG we configured FXO port and and the endpoints are connnected to EPABX. In my scenario, The caller makes a call and he disconnect the call(without answered by the agent), the ipphone is still ringing it not disconnecting. Please help me on this.

In the Agent desk settings set the "Ring No Answer Time" to 15 seconds.

And this agent desk settings is applied to all teh agents.The No Answer Ring Duration in CallManager should be greater than the No Answer Time in CAD settings.Think these settings should resove the issue.
