When a call is presented to the Agent, the agent gets the CID from the incoming call after they are connected. When they want to look up in the Directory the missed call it shows them the CTI port number and not the Calling Parties number. I assume this is true because the CTI port is the Actual number calling the phone when the call is presented to them.
Is there anyway to have the number of the actual call appear in the missed or Recieved calls and not the CTI port number?
