Does anyone know if I can control (configure) what gets displayed on an agent's phone when a Call gets offered to them. Right now it displays the CTI port, but I would like to display the Calling Party and/or the redirected party number.
The CTI port information is displayed until the agent answers the call. However, the original calling number (ANI) and dialled number (DNIS) are displayed in the Enterprise Data window when the call is presented to the agent; this may be a workaround.
