Callers are intermittently getting dead air then disconnected when arriving on the CVP ,

Is the problem with Voice Gateway (Ingress)/Gateway Device issue in CVP server ??

Callers are intermittently getting dead air then disconnected wh

First thing to check would be Router Log Viewer to see if you have missed a Dialed Number - Call Type association on one of your CVP PIMs. If the gateway sends the call to a Proxy which then distributes to Call Servers, and not all the PIM Dialed Numbers are associated with the Call Type that runs your Scheduled Script, some will fail will all others will work.

You need to provide more information for us to have a stab at a remedy.
