We have one pilot number & three agents are assigned with that number. So when ever calls come in queue for that pilot number, the available agent will pick up the call. So we have hunt groups with pilot number as 290202.
But now, when any calls come in that queue & if agents want to transfer the call back to that queue, he is unable to transfer while using CAD. He has to call it manually to transfer. He was able to do the transfer this thru using CAD before with his old system. Since the agents PC has change, so do his MAC id has, & so i updated the mac id in Jtapi list in Application user. When ever we call on that pilot number 290202, call is diverted to IVR number & it gives beep tone ( no ring tone)
