CallManager CDR Report can not present the accuarate call numbers
We've encountered a CDR report data not accurate situation when using 4.1.3sr3c . The data retrieved from CDR -> By Extension sometimes are less than the actual calls .Even on occassions , for certain extensions ,no data can be retrieved . I tried to compare the detail call no. with the TOP N report for certain extensions , the numbers can fit but not present the accuarate numbers . It seems the missing records are not insert into CDR database . Need someone to help if you have same experience and know the root cause , many thanks!
