calls abandoned at skil group level

How to find out the number of calls those were abndoned on skill group level? Our intension is to find out the calls abandoned at agent IP Phone

Set a call type right before your skillgroup. For example, TechSupport_SG_Q, now this call type will tell you the number of abandoned calls for that one skillgroup. If you want to know how many abandoned at the IP phone, look for abandoned ring.
