Hey everybody, ever since we upgraded our UCCX system to 8.5 in the reports all the calls that were previously being regarded as Dequeued are now being regarded as "Handled by other". Nothing changed as far as our IVR goes, I've still got Dequeue (--Triggering Contact-- from --All CSQs--) in several places but it's not reporting them as dequeued. Any ideas?
