campaing outbound robotic

Hello can anyone tell me if exist any configuration example for campaing robotic outbound with UCCE 7.5.1 and CVP 7.0.2.

The Outbound Config guide has an example for an IVR based campaign, everything you need to know is there.

David is right - and the example is good. It's all there, as the man said.

IVR-based campaigns with CVP are very straightforward. We have had some posts on the topic as well.

Hello Geoff I have a doubt, I think that is necessary to see the name of campaing in this log, but I can not see that.

I think the name of the campaign is "DirectSale".

If you have created an IVR-campaign with a different name and it is not appearing in the list, I guess the config is wrong and you need to double check your work. I'm not sure I can add any more.

Hello Geoff This name DirectSale is normally campaing agent, the directsale work fine, but IVR campaing do not work, can you see the file attchment   and tell me if I have any poor setting?
