We have IPCC 5.0(2) and I have been using Cisco CRS Historical Reports and now I can not open any of "Applications Management" in the CRS Admin Website. I can open some "Tools".
Is it related to the Cisco CRS Historical Report. I have been running lot of reports to try this reporting.
I have not rebooted the server yet but Is there any services that I should restart to fix this issue rather than rebooting the server. I am thinking trying restarting the SQL Server Service Manager.
To resolve this issue try to reboot your Cisco CRA server. Go to CRA Administration menu bar, select System > Engine and Click Stop Engine.
