Cannot create Call control Group

Hello,

I had a UCCX 11.5.1 and CUCM 11.5(1) SU2. When I tried to create the Call Control group, I received an error message.

I did some research on the forum and I found the  discussion

https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony/cannot-create-call-control-group-in-uccx-version-11/td-p/2906401

I have the same error and I checked the bug ID.

So today I decided to upgrade to 11.6.1. But no change.

I tried to create my Call control group and when I click on Add button, the server do nothing.

Strange.

Someone has an idea?

Thanks

Regards

Sébastien

Hi Also make sure that you dont have CTI ports precreated with the same and also dont have Directory numbers in CUCM either unassigned or assigned with same number as with you are trying to create call control groups.

Hello,

I 'm sure. I choose a new technicxal extension range for Call Control Group (7 digits) and user's directory number are with 4 digits.

Please run the following commands on CCX CLI (SSH)

run uccx sql db_cra select * from ConfigSeed
run uccx sql db_cra select max(recordid) from crsgroup;

CRS group value is should match in both the outputs, if not, share the output of both the commands.

Hello,

The solution in my case was to change my web browser.

Use IE or Firefox.
