Cannot log onto Historical Reporting

User cannot access Historical Reporting. All other Desktop applications work for her. Error message:

"An error occurred while attempting to communicate with Web Server. Check your User ID and Password and try again. Server is x.x.x.x"

Check proxy. I had the same problem with logging in to HR. Disabling proxy in IE resolved this problem.

Make sure your server is listening on port 4433. The desktop apps use 6293 I think.

Do you mean in the LAN connection settings? What if they have to have proxy to access the internet?
