cannot login IP phone agent with LDAP error

Installed IPCC express 4.0.2 on the CCM-Pub(4.1.3) box and looks the jtapi integration is okay but cannot login the IP phone agent with the message "An error was received from LDAP and entries made in the log files".

I used default LDAP password in the initial IPCC setup instead of the password while CCM installation and suspect this made problem. now cannot change the password since the field greyed out. the box responding when I telnet with tcp port 8404 which show in the IPCC LDAP information.

How can I fix the problem or how to change the LDAP password?

Make sure that you can resolve the host name of the LDAP server, not just the IP address. If DNS does not have the entry, put the information in the pc's hosts file in c:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
