Trying to uninstall 7.5(10) OOB CTIOS client in an effort to upgrade to 9.x. The client can successfully uninstall the 7.5(10) Maintenance release, and then also successfully uninstall the 7.5(8) maintenance release and the security package. Once they try to uninstall silent monitor and the CTIOS client they get the following error: "Setup detected missing files: could not load ctiossetupdlg.dll from the directory c:\users\ad...\appdata\..\WZSEO.tmp. I would assume this is a temporary file and could be ignored, but choosing ignore causes the uninstall to abort and the application is not removed. Any suggestions?
