CCM - PG connection broken

We experience a fault on our IPCC architecture. We have a duplexed PG communicating in a redundant mode with Publisher (CCM PG SideA) and Subscriber 1 (CCM PG SideB). Randomly the CCM PG disconnect then PG switch side and reactivate connection with registration of CCM device. In Jgw logs found immediatly before failure a CTIMANAGER_FAILURE, in Pim logs we found :

pg2A-pim1 Trace: RecvAddressOutOfService: Couldn't find client stack for device target device string xxxxx

Any hint?

From the description and error message

(CTIMANAGER_FAILURE) that, it appears to be callmanger issue.

second error message in pim (pg2A-pim1 Trace:

RecvAddressOutOfService: Couldn't find client stack for device target device

string xxxxx ).
