I lost the password to login to the RTMT.

Please let me know if there is any link available with the steps on how to recovered the password.

You can login with the CCM superuser, or simply login to CM and change the password of the user you were using under user management menu.

Changing the password on Call Manager does not work. And i don't really know what the CCM Superuser information is.

I think when seting up users on RTMT are separated from CCM directory.
