I recently installed CCMP 9 and did not run into this issue, can you confirm that you have the latest installer?

Hi,david
I used CCMP911.iso.And now I think it should be a localization issue.
When I installed CCMP9.1 in a pure english OS with SQL(latin1_general_CI_AS),it was fine.
But when in a Simplifed Chinese OS and SQL(no matter Latin1_general or Chinese PRC),it just show error.
