CCS 5.0 connection to AW can't bring up

IPCC Enterprise 6.0 Environment

Q1: CCS 5.0 connection to AW is down

Configuration on ICM CMS control:

ICM Distributor AW Link: icm1

ICM Distributor AW RMI registry port: 9099

Application link: ccs

Application RMI registry port: 9099

Application hostname: ipce1

Configuration on CCS:

ICM Administration connection name*: AWconn1

Disable automatic connect to ICM Distributor AW: unchecked

ICM Distributor AW host name: icm

ICM Distributor AW link: icm1

ICM Distributor AW RMI registry port: 9099

Application (Collaboration Server) link*: ccs1

Application (Collaboration Server) RMI registry port: 9099

Application (Collaboration Server) RMI connection port: blank

CCS hostname: ipce1

ICM hostname: icm

each server can ping each other successfully using hostname
