Customer can't login to the chat session.
When customer clicks on the chat button, chat window doesn't appear.
Queries ppl usually ask:
 What is the version of ICM, CMB and CCS?
i. ICM Version 7.1.4

iii. CCS Version 5.0.185-sr4
 What is the status of CCS on the Connections Monitor screen just before you restarted the CCS server?
