CCS 5.0 sound pop up to Agent when customer loged in

Hi,

When customer loged in the CCS to chat with an Agent, how we can populate a sound pop up to Agent to alart the Agent with the screen pop-up.

Kindly help me.

Set the line on the IP phone to auto-answer in the Call Manager, and you can get a zip tone.
