CCX 9.0 Oldest Contact in Q counting while ringing

Hi,

Today I got the complaint that form our wallboard agents can see a call in Queue when there are agents in Ready state. I verified that while the call is ringing in agents desk convoldestcontact and oldestcontact in rtcsqssummary are updated. Normally (and this is the current behaviour in CCE) a call is not consedered in queue while ringing.

Is this behaviour configurable and if not, has anyone figuredout how to avoid displaying calls ringing into a wallboard?
