CCX AA Script to transfer calls to extensions

Hi !

I'm trying to create a CCX Auto-Attendant script that does the following:

1.- Ask user to enter extension, if known.

2.- Send the call to the dialed extension.

3. If extension rings and is not answered, then transfer it back to the main menu.

I have items 1 and 2 cover, but can't find a step that performs item 3. I have looked for some steps that can handle a "busy", "Invalid" or "out of service" extension, but the one for RNA.

Can this be accomplished by using the Call Redirect step or there is a nother way to do this ?

Take a look at the Consult Transfer step
