When outside caller call to CCX via FXO port and MGCP gateway and caller disconnect call, agent is still ringing. The caller id of outside caller is not shown in agent. I'm using CM 7 and CCX 7. Does anybody have any idea?
There are several ways that a far-end disconnect can be signalled in from the PSTN; if you don't have any luck, perhaps post back with more details (such as the country you are in, and/or the service provider name). It may also be worth contacting the service provider to find out what kind of disconnect signalling they use.
Secondly, Caller-ID is only supported on H.323 gateways on CCM 7.x - version 8.0 will apparently support it on MGCP as well.
