CCX Changing Skill level of agents

                   Is there any way without logging into the admin page to change the skill levels of an agent. My customer has a requirement rotate staff through different CSQ's I was hopping to use the skill level to dynamically change which CSQ they would be most skilled in.

There is no built in way to accomplish this, it's a very manual process. However if the customer is on UCCX 9 there is an API available to do just this; we've built a couple variations of this functionality based on customer needs and has worked without issue.

UCCX 9.0+ has the Mobile Skill Manager accessible by supervisors, https://UCCX/mobileskillmanager/

Alternately, there is the Configuration REST API, if you want to build your own REST-based tool: http://developer.cisco.com/web/uccxapi/documentation
