CCX Finesse CTI Error 88407

Hi Folks,

We have CCX 10.6.1 with Finesse. One of our newly added supervisor is not able to perform Silent monitoring while other supervisors are working fine on other extensions.

On Finesse it gives us the error Agent Device does not support Silent Monitor CTI Error= 88407. While other supervisors can silently monitor the same agent.

Check the attached screen shot for reference.

Hi,

 

Below points to be applicable for new supervisor Phone configuration .

 

--Phone BIB ( build in bridge ) should be on

--Supervisor and Agent Phones are in same Partition

--Supervisor – line Monitoring CSS need to be assign

 

Check the supported phones model for silent monitoring for version 10.5.6 .

 

If above  setting are in place , please remove the new supervisor from Members and supervisor list and add it again .

Hi Ramamoorthy,

All mentioned above steps have been taken before and checked but the result is same. Even I have removed and added the user from supervisor and member list but no use.

Phones is supported with SCCP for finesse 10.6.1.

I have the same problem. In my case the same Supervisor can silently monitor to some agents and no others.

CCX 11.6 and  IPCC.
