CCX HISTORICAL REPORTS - CALLS WITHOUT DESTINATION

Please have a quick look to the report capture screen. I'm attaching (Agent Detail). There are some calls without called number, and duration 0. Do you know why these calls are reported?

Hi, I think I have seen this before.

Agent picks up the handset but does not dial anything (effectively making himself "busy").
