I am trying to create a script to the the following;
Check if any agents are available before placing a call in the queue, if no agents are available, send the call to voicemail.
I have created (cut $ paste) the attached script but it does the complete opposite, it send the call to Voicemail when agents are available and queue the call when no agents are logged in.
You should debug it and see what it pulls on the getreportingstatistic. It looks good overall though... what version of IPCC?
I had a very wierd problem like this once, try this
Send to Voicemail
also logic would also say in your first try out of curiosity change it to a < sign :p
Thanks for the responses. The problem seem to be with the Server and not the script ... I'm working with TAC to try and resolve.
