CCX Upgrade using UCSS

I've to perform a CCX upgrade from release5.x to the new 7.x

I've a valid UCSS for 14 users and last mounth I've requested upgrade CDs and license using "Ordering Tool"

I received all but during upgrade the license file generated by the associated PAK is not correct ..

I think the problem is related to UCSS registration process and upgrade request because I'm not seeing any relation with my 14 Premium users. UCSS refers only to Server upgrade from 5 to 7 but nothing about the users?

What I've missed during the upgrade /request process ?

Re: CCX Upgrade using UCSS

My recommendation is to email licensing@cisco.com to clarify things.

Re: CCX Upgrade using UCSS

You have probably got an UCSS upgrade license and not a new license.

Open up the new license file with notepad and if it says something like CRS_EXP_PRE_SAS_SASU it's an upgrade. You should have a CD in the set which is the "license valuator"

You need your old V5 licenses, your new upgrade license and the license valuator will generate you a new V7 license.
