CCX5.0.2 and UCME 4.2 problem

Hi all

we experiencing problems with integration indicated.

Sometimes CCX stop all services. Reading logs and event viewer appears to be an ldap error (ERROR LM0012 Monitor::Run:: Slapd process died) and (LC0012 LDAPConnectionMgr::EstablishConnection:: Failed to bind to LDAP server on <10.2.3.34>).

Someone has ideas on this?

try the following:

- Ping LDAP from CAD server by IP and by hostname

- Check if any ports are blocked.

- Check the network bindings in case you have 2 NICs on the server.

- Check if ODBC conneciton is working fine

- Cisco LDAP Monitor is restarting probably becasue it is not able to contact the LDAP.

thank you for help, but there's no LDAP server because integration is with Communication Manager Express.

There's only one NIC.
