CCX5 Agents not visible on S/v Desktop

Hi chaps,

CCX Supervisor desktop can see there are agents logged in but doesn't show their names so cannot control them. Also the 'Select Team' tab keeps changing from the CSQ back to 'Select Team' and clearing the screen!

Hi

I've seen this when there are firewalls in between the clients and server.

If you don't have a real firewall or ACLs on the network between them, check your agents don't have XP firewall (or a third party firewall) enabled; and the same for the supervisor.
