CCX5 and chat

Hi,

I need to disable chat completely on CCX5. I can disable it between agents but not between Supervisors.

Can someone advise?

There is not a way to disable chat service. This is a part of CRS which controls agent status and is sent the data to the Cisco Supervisor Desktop client. There is a way to block agent-agent chat while allowing agent-supervisor chat.
